Once upon a time, the Bellingham family embraced the legacy of Edmonds Bakery.  For three decades, they lovingly crafted pastries, donuts, cookies, and cakes on historic Main Street.  With tradition at heart, their popular baked goods carried the essence of Edmonds, Washington, bringing joy to special occasions and delighting all who visited.

With 30 years of experience, our bakery specializes in custom decorated wedding cakes. We offer complimentary cake consultations to discuss reception plans, share past work, and welcome creative ideas. Tasting our delicious cakes is part of the experience, ensuring every couple finds the perfect flavor for their special day. Trust us to make your wedding cake a truly memorable centerpiece. We also provide delivery and setup and if needed we can arrange your flowers on or around your cake for the perfect presentation.

I really appreciate your quality of product! It is fresh, not processed and I am the barometer apparently for how processed something is. I have enjoyed so many items from you, thumb prints! Apple fritters! Brownies, bread, pecan shortbreads, Jelly-filled donuts, and the list goes on! I have to watch myself when I come in because I don’t just grab a couple things, I walk out with a box and so much more! Keep up the good work. Thank you!

I ordered a lemon cake for a 13th birthday, and Ken made it for me exactly as I asked— plain white, no decor, just like the teenager wanted. 😊 It tasted AMAZING, it was priced so well, and Ken even made a special trip to the bakery to meet me on his day off when my plans changed and I had to move my pick up date. Above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service and the delicious cake!

Hands down amazing.. I was referred to this bakery from another bakery… nowhere else were they doing the flavors that I wanted I came to them an the cake was absolutely perfect just right for the promotional ceremony cake occasion. The lemon zest and fresh blueberries filling was remarkable i can’t wait to make my next order it was an hour drive from Fort Lewis but it was worth every minute thank you again Steve and the baker of Edmonds Wa Bakery.
